Whatever happens, it’s a safe harbour

Updated: Dec 2, 2021

When I started this #meditation, I only wanted to be relieved of #stress.

I was not searching for the #meaning of life. However, the more I meditated the more peace and freedom I experienced and as I emptied my mind there was space for the truth to enter. As the #truth cleansed my mind, I became more interested in the big questions, such as: Why am I here? Who am I? What is the purpose of life?

Enjoy listening to Helen, she is a meditator from Sydney Meditation who has meditated for 19 years. She shares her powerful story about how this meditation has been the answer to everything.
