The meditation progress is continuously checked by helpers.
You can meditate and attend as many sessions as you would like each day.
We encourage all students to meditate regularly and sincerely to get the most benefit!
We do group sessions as well as individual sessions online and off-line.
The group sessions start with body exercises to loosen up and relax the body before meditation.
However, it is optional.
Release exercise is a 30 minute, simple movement sequence that targets every body part from the head to the toes increasing circulation and improving the energy flow of the body and mind. (at 11am and 7pm at the beginning of the session, optional)
